Welcome back to the third episode of the Coffee Break Edition.

Today we are talking about the importance as leaders, and frankly as human beings, of gratitude and appreciation. A few years ago this quote really stood out to me:

We have the ability to change our brains and our mindset when we prioritize gratitude. I talk about how I did it, how it’s impacted my life, and how you can do it also.

Challenge: Add yourself to the gratitude list and list three things about yourself that you are grateful for. Keep this gratitude practice every single day for the next twenty-one days.

Journal Prompts:

  1. What if you woke up tomorrow with only the things you were grateful for today

  2. Make a list of all the things/people/experiences you love and/or are grateful for.

  3. Were you on that list? Why or why not? How can you start to add yourself to your daily gratitude practice?
