A Mastermind is a community of individuals joined by similar experiences, common needs, missions, or goals.
Masterminds work like a think tank, where members problem-solve and offer advice and support to each other.
Our Mastermind provides you a facilitated and confidential platform to connect with other nurse leaders, and explore new ideas, strategies, and solutions to help reduce professional isolation.
Our community of nurse leaders shares similar experiences and goals. We believe that by bringing together individuals from different organizations, areas of practice, communities, and countries, we can generate innovative solutions to pressing leadership issues and common challenges.
In the Leadership Mastermind you will:
