Coffee Break #3 Gratitude and Appreciation
Welcome back to the third episode of the Coffee Break Edition.
Today we are talking about the importance as leaders, and frankly as human beings, of gratitude and appreciation. A few years ago this quote really stood out to me:
We have the ability to change our brains and our mindset when we prioritize gratitude. I talk about how I did it, how it’s impacted my life, and how you can do it also.
Challenge: Add yourself to the gratitude list and list three things about yourself that you are grateful for. Keep this gratitude practice every single day for the next twenty-one days.
- What if you woke up tomorrow with only the things you were grateful for today
- Make a list of all the things/people/experiences you love and/or are grateful for.
- Were you on that list? Why or why not? How can you start to add yourself to your daily gratitude practice?
