Challenge: Think of self-care time as not me-first, but me-too. Make 5 minutes a day for reflective journalling. Let’s start with the questions below:


Journal Prompts:

  1. What parts of your day light you up? How can you incorporate more of those into your daily life?
  2. What impact do you want to make? What do you want your legacy to be? 
  3. Are the choices you’re currently make helping you get closer to those goals, or further away?
  4. What changes can you make to get closer to that goal?
